Overview
Our replacement policy only 1 day. If 1 day have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a replacement.
When the goods deliver on address please verify at that time and approved if any defective product caught please click a photo and send to our Whatsapp no.
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial replacements are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item is not replaced more than 1 day after delivery
Replacement
Once your replacement is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your replacement item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement.
If you are approved, then your replacement will be processed, within 1 day.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be replaced. Sale items cannot be replaced.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us whatsapp at 9582609442.
